Round 3 is the Southern Champs and once again is at Wasing Estate, a venue only 2 years old but already firmly established as top XC venue. With two previous Southerns and as many BMBS rounds it is now set to go down in history as the National Champs venue for 2012.
The hills might be short and not particularly steep but it's a fast course and the relentless pedalling is tough work but the rewards are good, lots of fast flowing singletrack.
We will be adding some new surprises over winter and will try to include every natural technical feature we can find deep in the woods. The big sandy drop is starting to look tame now and maybe a new scarier drop in can be found!

Directions
From M4 Jcn 12 follow A4 towards Newbury and Thatcham. After 3-4 miles at 3rd roundabout take left turn onto A340 towards Aldermaston & Tadley. After approx 2 miles at Aldermaston village take right turn at mini roundabout towards Brimpton. After approx 1 mile entrance to arena is on the left.
From M3 Basingstoke Jcn 6 follow ring round to roundabout with A340 to Tadley, follow A430 through Tadley past AWE. Stay on A340 to Aldermaston village down the hill (look out for speed camera at bottom). Turn left at mini roundabout outside Hinds Head pub towards Brimpton. After approx 1 mile entrance to arena is on the left.
